To place an order, simply look through our online wig catalog. When you find an item you'd like to purchase, choose a color (and size if applicable) and click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button.
Once you are ready to go ahead with your order, click on the " Add to My Cart" button right below where you make your color choice, to the left you can add coupon code to see what your final cost will be and continue with the checkout process. Have a coupon code don't worry we will ask you for it before checkout is complete.

We offer flat rate shipping on all domestic and international locations. Orders for express mail must be submitted early to ship same day. Express orders ship UPS 2 day Air or USPS Express Mail, the item usually will go out the next day so it can take three business days to reach you.
(Please note that business days do not include Saturday and Sunday or Holidays)
Most items are shipped via USPS. Some items may be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex

These times do not include handling times before they leave our facility
We are not responsible for any duties or taxes charged by Customs for International deliveries.
Once your item has left for delivery, you will receive an email with the USPS, UPS or FED EX Tracking number.
We can not take responsibility for any shipping problems that may occur (i.e. weather, strikes, mistakes made by Carriers, etc.).
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email with tracking information
Modify/ Change An Order
If you request a change in your order we will do our best to accommodate. Our orders are placed within a few minutes of you ordering so if the order cannot be stopped there will be a 25% restocking fee of the original ordered item. Email us with the exact changes to your order please include your order number.

Why do We charge this fee
While we stock a great many wigs, many times items must be special ordered from the wig makers themselves to fulfill your order. Our manufacturers do not allow us to return wigs back to them, so we have to now stock that item and absorb the full cost of the wig in the case of a cancellation. To minimize costs and still offer our great prices we charge a 25% cancellation fee.
Refused packages/undeliverable packages
Will be subject to a 25% restock fee and reshipping fee in the case of reshipping

Please remember that the images on our site are provided by each manufacturer and have been professionally styled for the photos. Your results may vary from the photos shown.
Color Discrepancies
Wigsasap.com is not responsible for color recommendations made by representatives not meeting customer expectations. The description of a color is given as accurately as possible, but is subject to opinion person-to-person. For best results, please purchase a color ring for the most accurate color choice prior to getting a wig.
The color availability on our website is not real-time, so please be advised that some colors may not be in stock. Prior to placing your order, you can email us and request a stock check. We will be more than happy to check stock. Please have the item name and manufacturer name ready, as well as the product color.
